AI voice line is terrible, has hung up on me 3 times now and can't even connect to the pharmacy. After finally connecting I was also informed that my medications would be able to be billed and reversed without the technician or pharmacist even checking who the insurer is and if they're even contracted. Turns out they are not contacted and now they are refusing to reimburse me in any format even after misrepresenting at the time of purchase the nature of the transaction.

Great experience with pharmacists, timely, informative, consistent, coordinated and consultative on medications and pricing. Really want to give 4.5 but the CVS automated AVR is pathetically, horrible; doesn’t take simple commands like pharmacy hours or recording patient info and tough to get to a pharmacist or tech. Surprising considering Aetna / CVS are such a behemoth in healthcare; for all the rave about AI taking over, they really should invest more in service technology to support their pharmacy operations.

They refuse service to homeless! A man tried paying with coins but the manager refused to take his money. Asked him to leave. He explain to them saying he doesn’t have a credit card or bank account and only saved these coins. He was beyond polite yet the manager refused service! They are not friendly people. They accepted my coins multiple time.

I called to have a prescription transferred because it was filled here instead of at the location it should have been filled at. I have no idea why it was filled here, since it had been transferred to the correct location previously. The person answering the phone literally answered it "hi" and nothing else. When I explained what I needed, she told me they don't transfer prescriptions. When I said that I was sure they do, and they had just done it for me the month before, she disappeared to go ask someone else. Apparent that someone was a Michelle who told her that they could not do that and I would need to call the other location to do it. She then reiterated that "Michelle" told her no and I could call them and they could use the computer to help me. She then hung up on me. It was truly the most bizarre interaction I've ever had with a pharmacy. I'm very concerned about who they are hiring here and what their training is like.

Have always gotten service with a smile. Never had any problems and happy now that I can get my 90 day medications locally instead of waiting for them to come in the mail, so covenant. Would be better if 2 people where staffed but it is a location within a store so it is not as busy as stand alone stores so it is not expected to be as busy.
