Paid $12,000 for there assistance with opening a home healthcare business. We started in 2022 with only a couple of huge binders of policy’s the state doesn’t like to show for it. Roxanne is the consultant we started with she stopped all contact with us for a year. There was no e-mails phone calls nothing. This is after we had made our final payment. A year later Donna calls to apologize saying Roxanne was in accident. There was no communication no one explained anything. At this point we were completely over it because they had us paying insurance on a business we didn’t even have. So not only $12,000 was wasted we wasted money on unnecessary insurance. We asked for at least a partial reimbursement because they admitted they didn’t reach out to us for close to a year but they denied it. We asked to speak to some sort of director or manager in which we were denied that. Come to find out Roxanne was a director so she was aware of what happened to us but still decided to deny any sort of refund. This is a horrible greedy money grabbing business. They are unresponsive and does not fulfill any of the promises that say. If I could give negative stars I would. Please do your research so you won’t have to go through what me and friend is going through. The name is Natasha Acres
