I went Castor DME to buy my son’s nebulizer machine on Friday. I think when people think small town business they think that comes with big prices. That’s not always the case. Not only did I save money (yes it was cheaper than online !) but I also saved time because it was available right away. PLUS for the bonus level, the respiratory therapist (Steve Blum) was in the office and gave me some great tips and talked me through how to use the machine. Then I was worried about my son taking the treatment through the mouthpiece and Kim Haskell who was helping me said “oh! We have kid mouth masks” and I got that as well. Needless to say I am a huge advocate for small town businesses because you would never get this type of customer service and patient care from Amazon. As always thanks CASTOR ❤️

They were very quick to return, phone calls, very experienced and knowledgeable in answering all questions. The operations lead, Kim, was very kind, compassionate, and patient, And the customer care specialist, Tanya, Deliveed the machine and explained all of the working parts. Please have clients park on 3rd St instead of 5th ave. Between y'all and statik the residents who live on this road have nowhere to park. I'll be stuck in the snowed in alley because yalls clients take every available spot.

Brandon Vasquez Was Very Professional!!! He Gave Great Instructions And Was Able To Put All Of The Equipment Together Easily!!!! He Also Showed Up A Half Hour Earlier With A Call 45 Minutes Prior To Him Showing!!! That Was A Great Help Considering My Wife Was Scheduled To Be Dropped Off At 11am…..I Can’t Thank Brandon Enough!!!! Thank You!!! Thank You!!! 🙏 😉
