To be honest, based solely on the quality of their service, they probably wouldn't quite merit a five-star rating. Yet, I still gave them five stars because, among the many care agencies I have encountered, they stand out as the very best. Although they face the same unavoidable issues that plague most agencies—such as nursing shortages or occasionally unanswered phone calls—they consistently demonstrate a professional and friendly attitude, always striving their utmost to resolve these issues. As the father of a special-needs daughter, I deeply understand that in the real world, everyone faces hard challenges; we need not be overly demanding of others. Instead, we should strive to show kindness and cooperation, and refrain from engaging in petty, underhanded games. When measured against the generally low standards prevalent among other care agencies, their five-star rating is truly well-deserved.
