My Aunt is here and I am here only living relative she has living that is in constant contact with. My Aunt has dementia and she is also mentally handicapped. The nursing home tells me one thing but does another. They are in control of her finances. They call me to go over her care plan but that plan is never done. We just had an incident with her choking and she had to be resuscitated and hospitalized. She gets choked easily and was supposed to be on soft foods, so how does one get choked on a chicken bone. The woman is clearly not of sound mind and the hospital knows this but the nursing home is telling me she can make her own decisions. Because I am a niece I can't do anything. I need help and do not know what to do or if I can do anything to be over her health care choices. One time I visited and her clothes was laying in the bottom of her closet (not folded ). I have sent packages to her with new clothes and house shoes & jewelry but when she calls me and tells me her stuff is missing. You ask staff and they have no idea. I do think this nursing home is a lower class home taking advantage of it's residents or not really caring about the residents daily activities and making sure other residents aren't taking advantage of my aunt.

How wonderful of CCH Healthcare to purchase this facility on Jan1. This community needs this facility to be great, and CCH has shown they can do it with their history!! When in there the other day the residents were happy, advocates were happy, and things were moving from a remodel and rehab stance. Kudos to CCH for taking this facility and turning it to what it always should have been for the community!

Under new management! CCH is a great company and is well known in Cincinnati! They are starting renovations and revamping the building. The staff are warm and welcoming. Some of which have been there for many years. They are incredibly caring and wonderful with the residents.

This was my first time visiting but i thought it was very clean, but definetly needs some cosmetic work like some paint and maybe some updates. The staff was friendly and my friend was happy to be there so i give this a 8 out of 10 .

My daughter was put here to help her out during her cancer treatments. Her kidneys had failed and she was wearing urine bags. Not one time did the come in and even check those for her. They would stick there head in the door and ask…do you need anything? She would respond with… yes I need help. I need my medicines, food and my room cleaned. Breakfast was 1- tbs of scrambled eggs 1 slice of toast and about a quarter cup of oatmeal EVERYDAY! She was there for 2 weeks and only cleaned her room once. And that was because the window AC unit leaked all over the floor. It’s just a shame that people don’t care about other people anymore. They treat you like you are bothering them. Please be aware of this place. See below photos Breakfast lunch and dinner everyday below. It’s a shame money means more than human life!
