We moved my Mom to Napa Valley Senior Living about 9 months ago and we couldn’t be more pleased with her amazing care. All of the caregivers give Mom so much love. They really do care and do everything to make her comfortable. It’s like one big ‘Ohana (family) at both Napa Senior Living’s Hamilton House and Sherman House, each with up to 6 residents. The owner, Krystal Smith, is a Registered Nurse and so knowledgeable and such a pleasure to work with. Mom is at The Hamilton House which has a nice big great room, a lovely sun room and a beautiful garden and gazebo in the backyard. Music is scheduled regularly as everyone loves to sing and dance, including my Mom! My husband and I highly recommend Napa Senior Living for its loving environment and individualized care.

Napa Valley Senior Living, Our family cannot express how much we love and appreciate Krystal and her staff at Napa Valley Senior living. It is a home atmosphere where family and friends can visit anytime. A visit to the home shows the excellent professional and loving care that we all witness during every visit. We feel at ease knowing that our father/Papou is truly loved and cared for when our family can’t be with him. We are also very impressed with the staff to resident ratio. Napa Senior Living provided comfort and peace of mind to family members while respectfully and competently caring for our loved one. Krystal and her team were thoughtful and compassionate partners in care helping us (family near and far) navigate this challenging time. Living out of state, it was important to have an experienced team who would keep me apprised of developments and give me the confidence in the day to day care and comfort. I absolutely LOVE Krystal and her staff at Napa Valley Senior Living. Making the decision to put someone you love into a care home is difficult, but Krystal made the transition easy. The love and care they show their residents is second to none. My mom is safe, comfortable and happy at The Sherman House.

My 3 brothers placed me in charge of finding a protected environment for our dad since I was an RN and could bring him to my community. I visited all home based caregivers. I found Krystal and her staff excellent in care matters, detailed, and easy to work with. We were there 2 1/2 years and I believe it was the right place.
