I cannot say enough good things about Anaheim Villa. My mother lived there for just over six years years until she recently moved back to her hometown. The current director does an excellent job. She was always very helpful to me whenever I had any questions or requests and she truly cares about her residents. Every employee who I encountered there was wonderful and very helpful. The facility is well maintained, and my mother, who is a picky eater, even enjoyed the food in the dining room. I will miss visiting and seeing all of the kind employees.

After carefully vetting several other assisted living facilities in the area, we selected Arbor Palms of Anaheim. The staff at Arbor Palms have consistently gone *above and beyond* to help ensure a smooth intake process and transition for our loved one into this community. Staff leadership are extremely professional and responsive, and genuinely care about their residents. We are grateful to have found Arbor Palms!

I did the tour with Laurie and she has been wonderful to work with, she helped us with our family’s needs regarding my moms care and comfort. This place is clean, cozy and well kept. Everyone there from the staff to the resident are so positive and friendly, it made me feel at ease that I’m leaving my mom in good hands. My mom is a picky eater and I was worried if she’s going to like their food but no complaints there either, my mom loves the food they cook and she’s improving daily and getting better by the day. Thank you Laurie, nurse Heather and everyone at Arbor Palms for welcoming my mom in your community.

My mother has been here since 9/8/22. After touring 4 different places in or around the Anaheim area, I decided on Arbor Palms because it was less expensive and right down the street from where my Mom was being released from rehab. She has now been there for almost 3 months and she can't be happier and neither can I. Everyone is so nice, friendly, and caring. She is 99 years old, a fall risk, and has fallen a few times since being there. She was attended to immediately followed by a phone call to me to inform me of the circumstances and how they were treating any injuries. A key thing for me was that she has an emergency pull button by her bed and at the toilet, plus a pendant (necklace) with a push button as an additional option. Something that is so important for someone who is a fall risk. The facility is nice, clean, and even has an outside patio area that my Mom enjoys going out on to soak up some sun after she has her lunch. The management is totally on top of everything that goes on at the facility and very helpful. They too care about each individual, how they are being treated, and their overall well being. I would highly recommend Arbor Palms to anyone looking for an appropriate place for their loved one. I'm very happy with my choice and feel very confident that my mother is being well taken care of at this facility. I thank everyone at Arbor Palms for all their hard work, for taking such good care of my mother, and truly caring. She is happy and that means the world to me at this stage in her life. It's not always practical or possible for family members to take care of their loved ones, and trusting an assisted living facility to do this for us is a bit scary, but I trust this place. The peace of mind that I have is priceless!

Arbor Palms of Anaheim took very good care of my Mom. They always listened if I had any questions or concerns. Times are definitely tricky to navigate (I’m writing this in 2020) and they have always been direct with their information and providing the best care possible to protect the residence and employees. My mom resided in memory care and enjoyed interacting with the other residents and director/care givers. My mom actually went with me to help pick out a respite months before her long term stay. We found Arbor Palms to be clean, maintained and cared for. I know a few updates are needed, but it seems things are actively being tended too. I always saw areas being updated, rooms being cleaned and staff attending to the residents. The parking lot was repaved and the walls were recently painted on the first floor.
