This place is amazing. The staff is very caring and stays on top of the needs of each patient. We make a point of showing up unannounced. Every time we arrive she is clean and dressed well. She really likes all the people who work there.

Vista at Simi Valley provided consistent loving care for my good friend through his difficult aging process. Top down, the staff is amazing. The loving care truly starts at the top. The term “management” is inadequate to describe their leadership. They care deeply for their residents as well as for their staff which is reflected throughout the home. They care by doing - even when it’s not a pretty job. Their service was flexible, adapting to the changing needs of my friend. They care. I cannot imagine a better place to spend my final years.

I usually do not take the time to write reviews, but this is a situation where I just have to. I moved my mother from another assisted living facility to Vista a couple of months ago, and we could not be happier with the care provided. One thing that stands out is the staff retention. Our elderly family members get attached to the staff and establish their daily routines with them, making it crucial that there isn't a high turnover rate. The previous facility my mother was at experienced changes in caregivers, which was disruptive. Another significant advantage of Vista is the cost. The care my mother receives here is substantially less expensive than at the previous facility, given the level of care she needs now, which is a huge relief for us. Additionally, Carla, the director of the facility, regularly visits my mother to check on her well-being. This level of personal attention was rare at the previous facility. Carla consistently goes above and beyond what you would expect from a director of an assisted living facility. Every single caregiver involved in my mother's care is wonderful. They are compassionate, attentive, and truly dedicated to her well-being. Their kindness and professionalism provide us with peace of mind, knowing that my mother is in capable and caring hands. Vista has exceeded our expectations in every way, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for exceptional care for their loved ones.

When looking for a place to care for a family member, there is nothing more important than finding a place that has staff that truly demonstrates a genuine sense of compassion and care for its residents. Since the application process and moving my mother into Vista at Simi Valley, I've been very impressed and pleased with the Staff, Administration and Nursing Staff and there attention to my mother's care. I continuously see them go above and beyond to make my family and mother feel confident in our decision to move here. From constantly observing simple , friendly and authentic caring interaction with ALL the residents, to going above and beyond to deal with unique situations as they arise, my family and I are very pleased to know our mother is in good hands with good supervision. We debated between a "board and care" type place and Vista at Simi Valley. We are very glad we moved our mother here as there is much more activities, special events, upbeat staff and overall care than we saw while touring the board and care places. We'd like to thank Carla and all the staff for making this place so welcoming for my mother and our family.

My Mom has settled down perfectly in the warm, caring and loving atmosphere of Vista at Simi. I cannot say enough about Vista and the peace of mind and trust I have with them. They are taking excellent care of my Mom. She is so happy there. They go with the flow of the individual resident and it shows in every way. Carla, Briman, Carol Ann, Debbie and Heather are always welcoming us when we visit. I have never experienced the personal touch they provide in their community for their residents and the residents family. I am so lucky my Mom is there. If u want a loving, caring and nurturing environment and respect towards the aging choose Vista at Simi. They genuinely care💕‼️
