I have had a very positive experience working for visting angels. I've been with them for almost two years and I love my job. I've always been compassionate and empathetic for others around me, and this job allows me to give back to other's. The leadership team demonstrates genuine compassion and understanding toward both employees and clients. They recognize that employees have lives and responsibilities outside of work and are flexible when challenges arise. One of the things I appreciate most is the emotional support and encouragement provided in the workplace. Employees are treated with respect, and their well-being is valued. Management takes the time to listen to concerns, provide guidance, and create an environment where people feel supported and appreciated. Visting Angels also shows a strong commitment to meeting the needs of its clients. Staff members go above and beyond to provide quality care and services, ensuring clients feel heard, respected, and supported. It is clear that the company values both its employees and the people it serves, which creates a positive and rewarding work environment. As an employee, I have seen firsthand the level of care and dedication that goes into serving clients. If one of my own family members needed in-home care, I would confidently choose Visiting Angels because I know they are compassionate, trustworthy, and committed to providing the highest quality care possible.
