I wanted to take a minute to publicly acknowledge the quality of care that my Mom has been receiving from the caregivers at Visiting Angels in Montgomery, AL. Mom is 91 years old and lives 2 hours from me so to know that a team of caregivers are meeting the needs of my Mom, 12 hours/day, 7 days/week is indescribable. We have been using Visiting Angels for the past year and they have been so very helpful to us in the care of my husband. They are professional and very kind and patient with us as we learn how to manage his changing condition. We have had several different caregivers and they have all been a blessing for us every day. My only issue is they need more supplimental backup for support when staffing issues arise.

I want to express my thoughts about the visiting angel the type of job they do for me I appreciate that and ms.Whitney I want you guys to give her a raise give her a raise and get the people that work with her and raise. they do very good job with me everyday so I just want to make sure you guys take this put it into your record but I just put 7 days a week everything working out real good for you guys and they do do work and I'm not hardheaded of anything I'm just like a regular Veteran. I need to hear from you so just want to keep that up and be strong bless you guys take care love you guys bye.

I found that everyone was very professional. They carried out their assignments with professionalism. I found the experience to be very wonderful and would not hesitate to use Visiting Angels again! Lakeshia , Trina and Heidi were amazing and such a help!

Visiting Angels is who we used when our daddy was placed on hospice and we needed help . The young lady who helped us get things set up and came out and met with us was so sweet and helpful. We had an amazing caregiver named Stacy who literally stayed with me the last 2 weeks of my daddy's life. She only left to go to her other clients and was right back by my side. The day daddy passed away she was supposed to come in at 2pm but I felt my daddy was acting different so I called her at 7am in the morning and she came straight over and called hospice and knew it was time to call them and my family and stayed with us til he passed away and cleaned daddy up before the funeral home came.
