Visiting Angels will service areas of the Eastern Shore where other agencies will not! Office communication is great. The current caregiver our mom has is amazing! Everyone in the office is kind, compassionate, friendly and work hard to find the right fit for your loved one. Bonus- Visiting Angels files all of my mom's long term care paperwork which is a huge help!

There has only been a few hours that an aide was unavailable to help on a daily basis. Aides are pleasant. Staff is easy to reach and to work with. Surprised at what little effort it has taken to find success in our situation. I will add the only negative is that I need them to insist on some activities more strongly for the patient's benefit.

I am 79 and had reverse total shoulder replacement surgery. I could never have made it through the first several weeks without the VA help. ALL of the many that were here 24/7 were polite, helpful and thoughtful. They did whatever my husband or I requested. They were honest.We had never used them before and in the future we will use them. I can’t imagine a home care provider being any better.

I used Visiting Angels for 2 family members over the past 6 months and our experience was fantastic! All of the staff, from intake, to the assignment of our care provider, are wonderful. Very professional, knowledgeable and compassionate. Our Visiting Angel care provider came into my family member's home as well as a rehab facility. One of my family members was transported to Physical Therapy appointments by the Visiting Angel care provider repeatedly, as needed. I was delighted with their care and will use them again if needed.
