DO NOT SEND A LOVED ONE TO THIS DUMP!! If I could do zero stars I would. They haven’t had running showers for patients in a week with no sight of that being remedied. PATIENTS CANNOT BATHE. The kitchen is closed and patients have been living on sandwiches with stale bread. Did I mention the asbestos removal? Even the staff will tell you not to leave a loved one there. As soon as we laid eyes on this place in person we IMMEDIATELY removed our family member. It looks like a run down, rent by the hour kind of sketchy motel you see in movies. My heart goes out to any person who has to endure that place.

The facility was very welcoming. My family had nothing but positive responses. Spoke with another patient and they were very happy with the staff and how they take such good care of them. Definitely would recommend this facility.

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and made both my dad and I fèel welcomed. Intake was well organized, and they took time to answer questions. Consistent staffing, a clean and calm space, and many activities to participate in made this first encouter comfortable and safe. Face recognition check in provides security and ease of tracking visitors. Rehab services included OT, PT, and SPEECH SERVICES.

A nurse felt comfortable denying my friend WATER in the middle of the night, telling her to "be quiet since others were sleeping and she could have water at breakfast-" she's 87 with a shattered femur. Today another nurse denied her bathroom visits, saying "she didn't need to go that frequently and to stop pressing the button-" let me remind you: she is EIGHTY-SEVEN w/ a SHATTERED FEMUR. A DIFFERENT nurse felt comfortable asking me, a disabled veteran who is NOT a patient at this facility and was just visiting my friend, why I needed my mobility aid 😃 It's wild to me how badly this place wants a lawsuit, but hey- w/e floats your boat I guess 🤷‍♀️

When the walk up is unshoveled, creating access and hazard issues for people with mobility concerns, I have a problem. When my uncle's room was put on contact precautions during our visit and no one from the staff have informed my uncle or us what the circumstances are, I have a problem. When my uncle is complaining of an earache but not advocating for help because he's been told by staff that they're shorthanded, I have a problem. When breakfast debris remains in the cafeteria and its 4pm, I have a problem. When my uncle is wearing someone else's clothes because his weren't washed in a timely manner, I have a problem. As caregivers, we enter this field for a reason... and its not to play on your phone and talk bout your filthy shoes. Be better.
