A very lovely building and friendly, caring staff. It was such a relief to find a facility that supports sliding scale insulin for diabetes. Though it is early in our family member's residency we are very happy so far. Thanks to all the staff.

I cannot praise or recommend this community enough. I have had the opportunity to work with many families who are looking for an Assisted Living community for their loved ones. From the warm welcome of the Sales and Marketing team, specifically Kim and Tyra all the way to the caregivers and Nursing team (Megan and Maren). This community truly lives up to what they say they are going to do. Every time I visit there I encounter a current resident who just wants to share with me their experience and how much they enjoy it there. During my follow up with families ongoing I have never heard anything except it being one of the best decisions they made when choosing this as their next forever home. This is truly an amazing community from the leadership team to the caregiving staff.

This community is one of a kind. The caregivers and nurses are competent and caring. They will go above and beyond for your loved ones. One only has to walk around once to truly understand how special of a place this is.

Irene and I moved here Sept 2023...We experienced a big welcome when we arrived!! Our second home for sure.. since my wife Irene passed away and I will stay here until I pass...love the place.. My daughter moved me from CA to MN six weeks ago, and this is the first time I have lived outside my home state in my entire life. I am 95 years old. I had some worries I would not fit in well in an assisted living facility, as I have been on my own in my own home for at least 16 years since my husband passed on. I have to say I have been completely blown away by both the quality of the facility and the care, service, and amenities I have benefited from at the Commons on Marice. So far, it has truly exceeded my expectations. The staff here are truly amazing, compassionate, and attentive people. The culture fit for me has been really excellent. I've already settled in so well in under two months, making new friends and taking part in some of the wonderful amenities, activities, outings, and social enrichment programs offered here. The Thursday happy hours are fun fests, great entertainment, energy, and the volunteers are so kind! Our cultural outings have been varied and interesting. The food here is really delicious. The management team here will do everything they can to make me feel more comfortable and welcome. I think the only area where there could possibly be some improvement is in updating parts of the building, as it feels a. bit "long in the tooth," as they. Dated, older furniture that could bear being updated or replaced, but I also understand that these considerations have impacts on things like rent, which is understandable. While the building itself is older, it is being kept up very well, and the grounds and internal gathering spots, like their lovely live-plant-filled atrium and inner courtyards, are just so lovely. I usually do not go out of my way to write reviews, especially long ones for any business, but in this case high praise is certainly due. If you are considering a safe, engaging and empathetic place to live out your next chapter in life, or are searching for a family member, please put this one at the top of your list.
