I highly recommend reaching out to Senior Living Specialists if you are navigating the complex next steps for an aging loved one. My 92-year-old father went from living independently to needing significant support almost overnight after a fall. This transition was both an emotional trauma for our family and a massive logistical challenge. Ashley helped us explore a wide range of options and introduced us to some wonderful Residential Care Homes that we hadn't previously considered, but which turned out to be the perfect fit for my father's needs. It was a huge relief to find that her professional guidance is a complimentary service for families. Ashley was kind, patient, and far exceeded our expectations. She acted as a vital sounding board, providing advice based on her deep experience in the Houston market. She was incredibly receptive and responsive even when we had to pivot our plans and care goals multiple times.

Lori Farris was a HUGE blessing! After a log 2 year search for independent/ assisted living home, we almost put my mother in a place that I am learning is not so great. I found Lori's name om Facebook. I contacted her, she immediately got back to be and we started working together. She made the process so easy and we found what a place that is the PERFECT fit for my mom! I wish I would have known about her sooner! She communicated and checked on us throughout the process always giving such helpful information such as tips for the move itself. The most amazing part is that she was totally complimentary! I cannot say enough about how much she and her team helped us!

Lori at Senior Living Specialists literally came to our family's rescue when we needed to quickly find a new place for my 95-year-old dad to live following a health crisis. She personally tours every facility and private care home she recommends and offers detailed information about the pros, cons, and costs of each. I tried one of those internet placement services and all I got was spam emails and calls from salespeople. Lori and her team offer the opposite of those cookie-cutter chains. Her recommendations were highly personalized to my dad's specific needs. The communication was frequent but not intrusive and her services were free to the family.
