I am a marketer for a Hospice facility. When I visit the communities I love to feel that the staff is very welcoming and the facility looks very clean. Also, I make sure I see the clients with good hygiene and in good spirits. My experience was great with the Manager, Nyesha. She greeted me with a smile and allowed for me to provide my information. I was searching for a traditional nursing home for mom when by chance stumbled upon Sophya’s and I’m sure glad I did. The first thing you notice when you enter this large, beautiful home is how incredibly clean it is with no unpleasant odors and no resemblance at all of a nursing home.<br>It was a challenge to get mom to accept and cooperate with moving to assisted living. Once she arrived, in no time she fell in love with the home and staff. The extra attention she receives compared to traditional facilities is like day & night. She is pampered and spoiled by an awesome staff. Meals are home cooked and delicious.<br>Mom’s health, appearance and state of mind improved immensely in a short period of time. I’ve not seen her this happy and content in a long time.<br>I LOVE THE PEOPLE AT SOPHYA’S!<br>When it’s my time for assisted living, I’m going there.

Sophya's Assisted Living has been a truly loving and supportive home for my dad. The staff have consistently treated him with the highest level of professionalism and care. The home's environment is clean, welcoming, and warm with staff members who show genuine compassion, respect, and love for the elderly. All staff have many years of experience, and their expertise shines through in the way they have attended to my dad's needs. I could tell that they deeply cared for my dad, making sure he was as comfortable as possible and had everything he needed. If you want your loved one to be more than just a number in a large nursing home and want to provide them with a peaceful, nurturing environment where they will receive personalized attention and genuine care, you should not hesitate to consider Sophya's Assisted Living.

This facility demonstrates the true definition of family care . They genuinely treat their residents like their own family . The amount of time and care that is given to their residents is outstanding . From doing pamper days including hair cuts and manicures to having cute events to celebrate their residents is so heart warming ! So fortunate to have found this place to take the best care of my grandmother ! They are so sweet and caring !
