Lee was very helpful and thorough in helping us to place our mother in a board and care home. All the places which we toured with him were excellent and high-quality board and care homes. We are very happy with the home that Lee was able to help us find. Our mother says the food is delicious and the caregivers are very kind. The home is clean and neat and quiet. We are so grateful to Lee for helping us to find the right placement for our mother at this time.

I am very grateful to Lee for finding my newly disabled father the right board & care for him. He really listened to me about his needs and condition and knew just the place, Rossmoor Manor, where the owners and caregivers are warm, attentive and patient. They got my dad back on the way to being comfortable and content. Thanks Lee!

Update: I did end up using him to place my dad into Westmont in Cypress in early 2022. He showed me a few other places and was helpful as before in helping me ask questions of each facility. I used Lee to find a place for my mom a year ago. She is still in the residential care home. Lee was able to work with me within a short time window and arrange tours of smaller/residential facilities in and around Long Beach and Los Alamitos. I called some of the national referral companies that arrange tours of some larger facilities. For those larger companies they simply arrange a tour/appointment and you show up. Lee actually goes on the tour with you and helps you with what questions and services you should be looking for. I told Lee the price range of how much we wanted to spend (about $5,000 per month for own room and she requires a lot of hands on care) and he found 4-5 places to tour. He also showed me a home he runs in Seal Beach. It was beautiful but a little out of our price range but very competitive. I recently contacted him to get referrals for a larger place for my dad. He was very responsive and gave me a list of places to look at. I can’t convince my dad he needs to move into a facility at this time but I know when the times comes when my dad does need assistance, I will contact Lee.

Lee Oliver is a caring man with a great deal of integrity. In making an honest assessment of my father's situation he explained how his facility did not match my dad's needs. He then guided and mentored to help get to the proper care. He was always available to help and guide us. While we did not use his facility, I have great respect for Lee.

Lee was great. It was immensely helpful to have someone knowledgeable to help guide us through the process of finding a facility for my dad. He worked quickly and set up the tours for us and accompanied us and asked questions I didn't know to ask. I felt that he truly cared and wanted what was best for my dad. He was very patient with me and helped me talk through the options to make a decision. I would definitely recommend him.
