I have employed Angels for almost a year and am very pleased with their company. My companion and I have become very good friends and the company will answer any questions which may arise. I love working for visiting angels!!! Tanya and Nicole are so wonderful to work with and they really make you feel like family! They have made me feel so welcomed and so loved! This company cares so much about what we do for our clients! We always want to be just one phone call away and I love helping Nicole and Tanya fulfill these things that we love to do for our clients! I have gotten quite a bit of praise from the company and it’s so awesome! It always makes you feel so great! I would love to hear from our owner and sometimes I wonder if he knows about me and the kind of care that I provide for our clients because I give this 110 percent everyday!!! I feel so loved and wanted here and I just love working for this company! Until I started here I didn’t know that an agency could operate like this! I worked for a few others and honestly it wasn’t a good fit for me! But this time around to find such a great environment with wonderful supervisors and great ownership , and the care that we all give, it just makes you feel so great to be apart of something this amazing ! I have been working for Visiting Angels as a part time caregiver for almost 2 years. I absolutely adore this company. The hiring team is incredible and the other employees are wonderful. Nicole hired me and already had the perfect client for me. Visiting Angels doesn’t just send random caregivers to the clients. They are deeply thoughtful and methodical about their placements in order to best serve the everyone involved. I wish I knew of them when my grandmother needed care. If you’re considering calling, PLEASE do. You won’t regret it.

My mom is in a memory care facility and as is with any facility the staff is stretched thin and I have a full time job so I turned to Visiting Angels to help us out. They sent Michael to help me with my mom, he is fabulous. My mom absolutely loves him and even with her dementia she wonders where he is on the weekends when he doesn’t come, that’s how I know he has made a good impression. Before reaching out to Visiting Angels I was spread very thin, I am all my mom has now and she was calling me constantly. Michael takes such good care of my mom, he keeps me informed and helps the staff ensure that they are on top of everything! If you need help I highly recommend calling Visiting Angels. They are a caring addition to a very difficult situation that you find yourself in. I couldn’t be more thankful to have found them. Thank you Michael for all that you do for mom and I both!

--Visiting Angels Nashville provided exceptional care for my mother, who is living with dementia. From the very beginning, the angels sent were compassionate, patient, and highly attentive to her needs. They helped with her daily activities, including meals, medication reminders, and showers, always treating her with dignity and respect. I loved that as they got to know her they'd start playing her favorite music or the games she enjoyed. They were also incredibly observant, noticing changes in her behavior or health and the office did a wonderful job of keeping me informed, which gave me peace of mind. They had a portal I could use to check up on what the caregivers tasks and notes were each shift. They truly went above and beyond to make her comfortable and safe. Their kindness and professionalism made a real difference in her quality of life. I am truly grateful for the care and support they provided and would highly recommend Visiting Angels Nashville to anyone needing reliable and loving care for a loved one. Kudos to the Director Nicole and the angels we had, Rita, Danielle, Ciara and Melissa.
