I was fortunate enough to be introduced to Daniel and Carmen, the owners of Select Senior Care, during one of the most difficult and overwhelming times of my life. When my mother was diagnosed with a serious illness, I felt completely lost and unsure of where to turn. I knew she would need far more personalized attention than a large senior living facility could provide, and most importantly, I wanted her to be treated with the utmost dignity, respect, and compassion. From the moment I walked through the doors of their beautiful Costa Mesa location, I knew I had found the right place. The staff was warm, welcoming, genuinely caring, and immediately put both my mother and me at ease. It quickly became clear that Select Senior Care was much more than just a care facility. In addition to coordinating my mother’s care, I was suddenly faced with arranging transportation to and from treatments, managing medication deliveries, and navigating countless unfamiliar challenges. Daniel and Carmen seemed to have a solution for everything. Their network of trusted professionals and resources was incredible. Every time I encountered a roadblock, Daniel somehow knew exactly who to call or what service could help. What felt impossible one day suddenly became manageable the next. The peace of mind they provided during such a vulnerable time is something I will never forget. Knowing my mother was safe, comfortable, and genuinely cared for allowed me to focus on spending quality time with her rather than constantly worrying about her well-being. If you are fortunate enough to find an opening at Select Senior Care, I cannot recommend them highly enough. Daniel, Carmen, and their entire staff treat residents like family, and the love, attention, and compassion they showed my mother will stay with me forever. I will always be grateful for the care they provided to one of the most important people in my life. They turned an incredibly difficult journey into one that was filled with kindness, dignity, and genuine human compassion.
