Our 100 yr old mom has been living in memory care at Pacifica Senior Living since February 2020. We can't say enough about our outstanding experience with the facility and staff. She's been in the same shared room for 4 years and thriving there. They got her through the whole pandemic with the most excellent care. There does not seem to be any turnover in staff, so we have had tremendous continuity and skill in her care. The facility has been completely renovated since our arrival, and the cost will still beat ANY facility in the area. The admissions staff went above and beyond to get her admitted within only a week in order to meet an insurance deadline that would allow her to be fully covered for in-house medical visits in the facility beginning her first day of residence. After four years, they seamlessly started working with Hospice. She's been kept healthy and busy, and we still enjoy a weekly 2 mile walk with her in the beautiful residential neighborhood surrounding the facility. We HIGHLY recommend Pacifica and it's a huge blessing to have our mom there.

My family and I just move my parents into Pacifica Senior living care In Northridge. The move-in was very easy and everybody was helpful. Both my parents have dementia and the care they are receiving has been very amazing. The staff is attentive and making sure my parent are safe.

I moved my aunt about 6 years ago to Pacifica Senior living Northridge, and I was very impressed with the care she received from day one. All the staff at this facility were compassionate, patient to her needs and very caring. They communicate to family any issues that may come up right away, and always listen to individual concerns. My aunt was always clean, well fed, and assisted with all of her daily needs. The facility itself is clean, and the staff is very well trained with lots of experience. It's amazing how well they do this difficult job of keeping dementia patients active and entertained and always making them feel at home. I thank all of the staff for making my aunt's life a very important part of their job, and I will always recommend Pacifica Northridge assisted living for those seeking a safe and honorable place to move their loved ones, thank you. Pacifica Senior Living Northridge is an amazing, caring place, where residents get the best, heart-felt, loving care. From the moment my dad started living there, we felt right at home and well cared for. I never worry about him anymore – I know that the sweet, caring staff is always keeping a close eye on him. No matter what time of day I get there, the staff knows exactly where he is and how he is doing. They also have many ongoing activities every day which help to entertain and stimulate the residents physically, mentally, and emotionally. It truly is a home environment with the most caring, patient, and kind staff. The staff is very responsive to any of my questions or concerns, and they take their role seriously, helping me to have a lot of confidence and trust in them and in the care they provide. They also recently held a wonderful and special Passover Seder for residents and family. Despite all the work it took, they really did an outstanding job with a lot of heart, helping to make the experience warm and meaningful for us. The food was also outstanding – an amazing meal of delicious and authentic Jewish home cooking. In addition to the outstanding care that my dad receives there, events such as this help make me confident that he is in the right place. A huge thank-you goes out to Pacifica for the amazing job you do! I am so glad that my dad is there - thank you! :)
