Mozaic Adult Day Program

Mozaic Adult Day Program is an adult day care program in Bridgeport, Connecticut, offering socialization, recreation, and therapeutic activities for seniors who do not require full-time medical supervision. The program serves individuals experiencing physical and memory challenges while providing respite support to their caregivers, allowing loved ones to remain in their own homes longer while participating in meaningful activities designed to meet their individual needs.

Mozaic Adult Day Program operates two locations: one at 4200 Park Avenue in Bridgeport and another at 720 Barnum Avenue Cutoff in Stratford.
