So I went to fill a prescription with family and upon arrival the short her 15 pills on the bottle and the lable says 1 and a half per day but they only gave her 30 she then goes back and catches attitude telling her bc they messed the fill.up.she has to pull back around if someone pulls behind her and gives my mom attitude when it was addressed saying the prescription was right but then upon look the see the error where the pharmacist was short 15 on the perceiption horrible person to deal with her name is christiand then we have to wait and still waiting it's now been about 15 minutes for them to add 15 pills

had RX sent to medica on a Thursday i called Friday to ensure they got it and set it for delivery. well was told delivery wouldn't be till Monday i said ok i had no other way to get it. I was told it would cost $10-$15 for delivery i thought it was free but i said ok i just needed my RX. Well Monday comes and goes no call no delivery so I call Crume Drug store to have my 3 meds transferred and what do ya know delivery will be tomorrow and its FREE the first 1 of the month $5 every RX after that within the month. I support family owned businesses when the option is there. This is Rx i should have been taking starting Friday I know who has my business moving forward,

Was in-store a few days ago to pick up a prescription for a friend who can't get out at the moment. Noticed, and not the first time may I add, how down and upset the employees are. I've observed them crying and very emotional, being talked to like they were dogs and a certain dark haired woman on the phone telling anyone who called her life's problems and how her staff is so incompetent and useless. I had considered switching my business to this location but not after witnessing this more than once. I work in the medical field as well and I would never degrade my team especially in the open. Some need to realize that without your staff you are nothing, I'd be happy to make anyone of these hard workers a part of my team if they ever chose to leave because despite how they are treated they still take care of their customers. Management needs to see just how lucky they are to have them.

Switching to Medica has been the best decision we've ever made. I depend on medication every single day to function and the owner and employees go above and beyond to make sure my needs are met. They are always kind and thorough every time I call or have any questions. I cannot say enough good things about Medica! I suggest everyone switch to them, you will not regret it!
