Choosing Lo-har Senior Living has been hands down the best decision for my mother Debra's care. From the start, Yolanda and the entire team have been exceptional, consistently going above and beyond the call of duty. Yolanda’s communication is unmatched; she is incredibly responsive via phone and email and provides consistent weekly updates on my mother’s heath that offer our family such peace of mind. Since my mother entered the facility, her health has improved drastically. Yolanda made this transition seamless by being transparent and supportive every step of the way. I am especially grateful to Yolanda for finally securing the comprehensive physical and mental health assessments my mother needed. This was a vital step that allowed us to get her benefits in place. I have nothing but positive things to say about the care and professionalism at Lo-har. I honestly believe Lo-har senior living in El-colon is one of the best if not the best care facilities I’ve ever seen. Thank you again to Yolanda for caring for my mother Debra.

My Sister is currently a resident at Lo-Har Senior Living in the Memory Care Unit. I can't fully express what a comfort it is to my family and I knowing she is being so well cared for. The staff at Lo-Har, from Management to Housekeeping are exceptional. Executive Director Andy Chin goes above and beyond to ensure my Sister's needs are met and that she is comfortable. Everyone I have encountered is friendly, helpful and above all, compassionate. It is truly a welcome and warm environment. Having gone through the experience of searching for the right Care Facility for a Precious Loved One, I know first hand how daunting the experience can be. For anyone facing this challenge, I wholeheartedly recommend the Team/Family at Lo-Har San Diego.

My father just moved here from a different assisted living facility in El Cajon and wow! We are so happy! My dad is only 64 but he keeps saying he would be happy to live there forever. It really feels so tranquil. It's beautiful. It's well kept, clean, and the residents have their own "bungalow" that feel like little apartments with their own kitchen, living room, and bedroom. My dad says the food is great and the staff are friendly. They also have pet goats. All around, it's a wonderful place to live!

My father-in-law lived at Lohar’s Assisted Living for about a year and a half. During that time, he did very well, and the staff became genuinely attached to him. From the clinical director to the maintenance team, everyone interacted with him and made him feel cared for. When he became ill and was hospitalized, he was eventually placed on hospice care. Lohar welcomed him back under hospice, and he was able to pass peacefully in a familiar and supportive environment. The communication from the clinical director, Yolanda, was outstanding. She kept us fully informed and worked closely with us to ensure his hospice care met all of his needs. When he passed, it was clear that Yolanda and several other staff members were deeply affected. Their compassion and care made it evident how much they truly value their residents.

I have been working closely with Jonathan the executive Director for a couple months and he has been absolutely amazing. I went to visit the facility. I really needed help with my mom desperately, and I was very impressed with the efficiency and friendliness of everyone, they are also helping me with other outreach assistance in terms of her care and finances. I am really so grateful. I cannot say enough good things about this place. Much love to all the caregivers in our world!
