You feel how special this community is when you right walk in. It's quite lovely. Staff is great. While walking around and speaking too staff it stood out how long each employee has worked there. That's a reflection of culture. This building has a great culture where employees want to work at, thus they give residents really good care. I left impressed.

This is a wonderful place for a loved one. The staff truly care and go out of their way to make residents feel comfortable and at home. The food is good, the activities are fun, and the overall care really stands out when compared to other communities. This community feels warm & welcoming and the team genuinely tries to make things work for each resident to the best of their ability. I highly recommend stopping by for a tour or giving them a call. It’s definitely worth seeing it in person!

Carmel Village has been a perfect fit for our family. Their care and concern for our loved one is especially appreciated. Montana did a terrific job of answering all of our questions. We feel very relieved and relaxed having a family member living there!

During a recent visit to Carmel Village, I was impressed by the facility's staff. They are uniformly kind, compassionate, and welcoming. The dining room staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the day's menu. The Carmel Village grounds and interior common areas are tidy and comfortable. The location is great, too, with loads of shopping and restaurants nearby.

Went with a friend who is searching for a new place to live and hands down, Jamie Borders, was by far the best host during our visit! She made us feel very comfortable during the tour and was very patient with questions. The on site cottages are absolutely adorable and lunch was delicious.
