Absolutely the worst of the worst. First and foremost, this company does one thing and one thing only. They collect money for scheduling independent contractors to provide in-home care. They vet the caregivers for several things, but quality of care is not one of them. We experienced caregivers sleeping instead of caring for our father in law. We experienced caregivers spending the entire 12-hour shift on their cell phones (including while bathing and shaving the patient). One caregiver just failed to show up at all. Our father in law was not bathed nor were his clothes changed for 5 days. Caregivers failed to give him his medication for 3 days straight. When confronted about these lapses, the owner failed to take any responsibility. All of these things were our fault because we didn't "understand their care model". When asked about instructions given to caregivers, they eventually admitted that they don't receive any. There is supposedly a list of tasks that they are given, but no one checks to see if these are done. There are some awesome caregivers on their registry. One of them seemed like family from the first day she was there. But, there is no guarantee that you won't have a terrible experience. I am thankful that this experience helped us decide to move my father in law to resident care (which is also much cheaper than this service). Other than that, I have nothing good to say about them. Do yourself a favor and pass them by.
