We have been bounced around trying to schedule the room for a meeting we have had in that room before. We've been hung up on, sent emails that bounce back from undeliverable email addresses, transferred to voicemails (with no call back). We've been told to call multiple different places. We've been told "I don't think we can rent that room out anymore" (when there was a meeting in there on a Saturday). Does anyone know what's going on or how to respond to someone?
