Stopped in to leave some information about services for seniors. From the brief drop in I observed lots of useful information, programs, classes for seniors. The ladies at the front desk were pleasant. Will update if I make my way back here.

Such a great place for seniors to exercise in all aspects of physical fitness. I enjoy the people I meet, and from time to time you may meet a friend from days gone back. It’s also quiet and relaxing.
