This company formally known as Preferred, has serious internal communication and internal complications. Of course they will follow up with the response, " I'm sorry you've had a poor experience, please call this number xyz so that we can discuss your concerns." NURSES AND FAMILIES JUST AVOID THIS OFFICE. GET ON GLASSDOOR WHERE YOU CAN FIND TRUE REVIEWS FROM REAL PEOPLE AND EMPLOYEES. It's shameful because they could really have potential to do right by both employees and families, but they would rather staff employees who sleep on the job, no call no show, make major life jeopardizing errors than staff nursing for families who care and want to help. Please note, this review is only meant to protect current patients families and nurses who are looking for truths that are critical to the safety and needs of the community

I find that the staff and rate of pay offer exceeds what other agencies are offering. I would recommend Preferred to others.

Absolutely horrible...not only the nurses, but the company as well. They do not value your child, only the bottom dollar. They hire nurses with no work ethic or professionalism. I'm not sure why we have them a second chance to begin with, but feeding a gtube child only 3/4 of a feed and nothing else for the rest of the day is not acceptable. He was essentially starved and dehydrated all day. Their nurses continuously lie, and the company sticks up for them.

Nurses at preferred are great atleast the ones that help with my brother. They generally care . Medications are on time and done right,he clean , and most important he’s confortable enjoys there company which is a very important thing for his psych. My brother feels safe . Same as we feel confident when we’re not there that he will get his needs met .They help out when needed which is nice to have. Exceptional .🙂😇

I love the nurses that I do have and the majority of the nurses that has come into my house to take of my son. Any how the personal at the office need to be trained on how to deal with the parent of a client. It will be nice if they are more responsible with calling when a nurse call out and NOT to be rude with the patient parents/guardian. Attitude and compassion it's an important part of dealing with the family of a patient in the health care business. After all we are the ones who choose which agency to use to take medical care of our precious kids. Again, my nurses are AMAZING!!
