When my wife transitioned from "standard" Alzheimer's" to a level outside my ability to provide the proper care. After researching several care facilities & agencies we chose Visiting Angels. We began our journey with Visiting Angels nine years ago when my spouse required 24 hour care, seven days per week. We had already experienced four different care giving agencies that failed to provide the care we were in need of. Fortunately, we were blessed with an in person interview with Geneva, owner of Visiting Angels in Santa Clarita. We signed up for the 24 hour care on the same day as the interview. The caregivers my spouse had were absolutely amazing. We had a perfect fit with five of whom I considered the "star" caregivers who came to our home on a rotating basis. A shift was never not filled. The office staff made sure that my spouse had a caregiver for every designated eight hour shift. Now we engage Visiting Angels to provide care for my sibling who resides in an Assisted Care Facility. We have one Angel who is with my sibling two days per week for four hours each day. She is wonderful, very attentive and most compassionate. We highly recommend Visiting Angels. We will be using their services for many years to come.

A++++ When we first started services with Visiting Angels, I was both skeptical and fearful because of the horrible experiences we had previously had with other companies in the elder care industry.  Not only did Visiting Angels keep every promise that was made, they far exceeded all of our expectations, going above and beyond on every level to support and  help our family during this devastating time. Having met and having been able to work with Geneva Gray and her staff at V.A. has been THE ONE biggest gift that my mom and I have received in the last 6 years since her diagnosis. The only regret I have was that we had not signed up with them sooner. There will never be enough words to express my sincere gratitude to her and her team (especially their caregiver Linda C) for the skillful and loving care and support that they provided from Day One.  Geneva’s care staff and her amazing office staff (especially Heather!) provided all services with kindness and with the highest level of professionalism during such an incredibly difficult and challenging time.   For all of those reasons and more, I am wholeheartedly giving the highest recommendation possible to Visiting Angels in Valencia.  Thank you

We only had home assistance for a trial of four hours for one day, though future needs may well occur. The home aide was excellent, both in her mannerisms, interaction with my husband and her ability to guide and direct him appropriately and organize "when he needed to do what." He was very comfortable with her, as was I.
