Our assisted living communities offer a variety of services to accommodate the needs of you or your loved ones. Our services include medication administration by licensed nurses, assistance with bathing, dressing and grooming, transportation service to meals and activities, daily and nightly safety checks and much more.

We take a fresh approach for your dining pleasure with casual breakfasts, lunch on the grill, and formal dinners. Our staff cater to your taste. We offer assistance as needed with activities of daily living, medication administration by licensed nurses available if needed as well as concierge services to dining and social events.

Rehabilitation Services

Signature HealthCARE's rehabilitation team is dedicated to providing top rehabilitative care to residents of Signature HealthCARE communities nationwide, as well as other individuals on an outpatient basis.

Under Signature Rehab’s integrated care model, rehabilitative therapists work closely with other clinical caregivers seeking to ensure residents and patients make a full recovery and a timely return to the activities they enjoy. Clinical teams work together to develop and implement rehab programs that best complement individual facilities and patient populations.

Benefits of Home Health Care

Home health care is usually less expensive, more convenient, and just as effective as care received in a hospital or a skilled nursing facility.

These health care services may be covered by Medicare and Medicaid, Medicare replacement plans and most other commercial insurance plans. Supportive services such as homemaker, sitter, companion, or personal care may be covered by long-term care insurance or Medicaid, and can be paid out of pocket.
