Our skilled nursing centers specialize in caring for high acuity short-term patients recovering from a post-hospital stay. Our experienced, on-site therapy teams focus on helping patients regain lost strength, restore normal range of motion and increase independence, so they can safely and quickly return home.

History of Abri Health Care

We understand the process of searching for senior care can be overwhelming. Like many others in your position, you feel anxious and have many questions. That’s why our team is here to offer guidance through the entire process and even advise you on the next steps towards finding appropriate care. The heart of nursing is much more than a tagline to us, it’s a mantra we live and breathe every day. Before referring you to our communities, our goal is to provide you with as much information as possible, so you can make the most informed decision for yourself or loved one.

Formerly Senior Care Centers, Abri Health Care Services was founded in 2009. We offer skilled nursing services, short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, and assisted living in over 22 locations across Texas. Every day, Abri Health Care Services provides care for approximately 2,000 patients across our communities.

Our caregivers are the heart of our organization, and their dedication and passion is paramount to our success. We are looking for people who share our dogged commitment to take excellent care of our patients and residents whether through a direct caregiving role, or in a support function that helps ensure the caregivers have what they need.
