Highbanks Care Center is a 56 bed, 5-star facility that offers 24/7 skilled nursing care. Highbanks Care Center has both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care, as well as, Hospice and Respite care. We have Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy on-site. We promote quality of life and independence through friendly, professional service, and person centered care. We are committed to making a difference, one resident at a time.

Our Services

24/7 Skilled Nursing

Our clinical team employs highly trained registered nurses 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Whether you are seeking short-term or long-term care our clinical team, including our registered nurses, licensed therapists and dietitians, will be here to provide the highest possible level of care.

Physical Therapy

Our physical therapy is designed to help you maximize strength and endurance to regain independence and general mobility within the home setting. Our therapists provide an innovative approach, 7 days a week, while progressing patients to their maximum potential allowing for a safe transition to home.

Occupational Therapy

Our Occupational Therapy focuses on identifying and eliminating environmental barriers to independence and maintain the skills for activities of daily living. Our program specializes in restoring function following hospitalization, or illness, which resulted in the inability to complete bathing, dressing, and home management.

Speech Therapy

Our speech therapists work to develop individual goals for each patient, specializing in the evaluation and treatment of communication disorders and swallowing disorders. Our highly trained therapists are available 7 days a week for our patients ever-changing needs.

Respite Care

Our respite program provides planned short-term and time-limited breaks for families and other caregivers. This service can also provide the day-to-day supportive services, as well as social stimulation, engagement, activities and communal needs for the patient.

Hospice Care

Providing comfort for residents and families during end-of-life care, our hospice teams are committed to peace, comfort, and dignity in every stage of life. Our hospice care program is not just for the resident, but also to support the loved ones of those in hospice care.
