We know you have options when it comes to senior living, which is why our team at Brookdale Montrose goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything from luxury amenities and top-notch accommodations to restaurant-style meals and a community calendar bursting with events, programs and activities.
Residents here take advantage of three levels of care: independent living, assisted living and memory care. No matter which community you want to join, we’ll work together to create a personalized care plan tailored to meet your precise needs. This lets you decide how much help you want throughout the day so you can embrace all the freedom and independence you deserve. As for our memory care residents, we’ve designed a safe and secure environment with predictable routines and familiar faces to give them every opportunity to thrive.
Full and Active Lifestyle
Keeping a busy schedule doesn't mean you have an active and thriving lifestyle. But when you have the opportunity to abandon mundane chores like cooking, cleaning and laundry and focus on creative pursuits, beloved hobbies and quality relationships, you’re off to a wonderful start.
Whether you enjoy waking up slowly with a cup of coffee and a stroll through the gardens or prefer to hit the ground running with a morning fitness class or lively conversation in the dining room, this is the place for you. Our independent living residents enjoy everything from walking clubs and poker clubs to happy hours and weekend theater. The lively seniors in our assisted living community may prefer events like cookies and chronicles, Wii bowling or ice cream socials.
Our memory care residents enjoy a full life too. Through our signature Clare Bridge program, your loved one can enjoy six activities a day, all designed to promote social interaction and cognitive retention while inspiring deep feelings of joy and belonging.
Luxury Living in a Peaceful Setting
Enjoying a full and rich life should include more than a full and rich community calendar. Our community offers the convenience of a wonderful location and on-campus amenities and services that will make you feel like you live in a resort. Join your friends for a delicious meal in the elegant dining room or get your hair styled at the beauty and barber shop. Handle all your financial needs at our banking facilities or enjoy a relaxing afternoon in the arts and crafts studio.
We also designed our community with memory care residents in mind, which is why we utilize daily check-in systems and keep our trained care team on campus 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Your loved one will enjoy gentle guidance throughout the day and dementia-friendly dining menus to help them feel comfortable and relaxed, so they can enjoy peaceful and fulfilling days.

Brookdale HealthPlus Helps Improve Your Care Experience
HealthPlus is our exclusive healthcare service that allows us to address your needs with more personalized care. When you need medical care, our Care Manager, a registered nurse, will coordinate the services you need with your healthcare providers of choice. The Care Manager and care associates will share information with your doctor(s), so everyone on your care team will be on the same page making life easier for you.
We have a relationship with doctors and nurse practitioners who can provide services to you on site, so you have access to routine and comprehensive care right here in the comfort of your community and may avoid trips to the doctor's offices or unnecessary emergency room visits and hospital stays.
That means you’ll have access to:
Convenient, preventative care services, like annual wellness visits, immunizations and health screenings
Support for chronic health conditions, such as diabetes, high blood pressure, congestive heart failure or COPD
Help to manage urgent care needs with an oversight of clinical triage and urgent care protocols
We coordinate care with your doctors and other healthcare professionals to better ensure you receive the care you need and can work toward achieving your health goals.
Here are the care options available to you
Our memory care program is rooted in a person-centered approach that preserves identity and sense of self. Our secure communities provide a daily path of engagement that allows residents to flourish, even with advanced expressions of dementia.
Assisted living provides a redefined independence through assistance and services like medication management and housekeeping. Your wellness is supported through collaborative care partnerships, and our staff is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Independent living is ideal for seniors who want to trade in the worries of homeownership for the true comforts of home. You'll have apartment options to suit your style and plenty of opportunities to socialize.
Sometimes you need more than a few days in the hospital to recover from surgery or other medical events, but you also need more rehabilitation before you can head home. This is one of the most common reasons people come to a skilled nursing facility: because they need a little extra time to get back on their feet.
Perhaps you had joint replacement surgery or experienced a stroke, and now you need physical therapy before you can get back to life as usual. Or maybe you are facing chronic conditions, and you could benefit from round-the-clock care. No matter what kind of care you need, skilled nursing provides you with the advanced medical resources you need in an environment that feels like home.
