Bellevue Manor has been owned and operated by Claudia Popa here in the Pacific Northwest since 2011. Before that, Claudia has owned and operated an adult family home in Phoenix, AZ and also was resident manager for more than 8 years. Her compassion and respect for people has made her very well-known throughout the adult family home industry. She treats all her residents like family and cares for them each individually.
