That’s why life at Holiday Retirement isn’t prescriptive, it’s personal. This is an era of opportunity to find passions that spark curiosity and people that inspire us to learn who one is. Life at Holiday Retirement isn’t about a building or amenities, it’s about the ways those simple pleasures and the people we share them with transform us every day. A meal becomes a memory. A trip to the store becomes an adventure. And a walk around the grounds becomes a tradition between friends. We are Holiday Retirement and we believe life is best lived among friends on your terms.
At Willow Park, many residents find a sense of fulfillment in donating their time and skills to a cause close to their hearts. Our residents collect and donate plastic grocery bags to a church to create bedding for the homeless. Many residents are retired teachers and principals so we support our local schools. We collect canned goods for the homeless during Thanksgiving, Toys for Tots during Christmas, and donate socks to the homeless..
The Ivy Tech college students assist us with a December activity and a spring beanbag baseball competition: The Willow Park Whippets vs. The Masked Marvels.
