Senior Care is the Heart of our Business
American Health Communities (AHC) is a network of skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities in Tennessee and Northern Alabama. As part of the American Health Partners’ family of companies, our patient-centered care teams focus on helping individuals enjoy the highest quality of life possible.
Our communities feature state-of-the-art rehabilitation centers and spacious, comfortable living spaces. For nearly three decades, people have trusted us to provide excellent post-acute care and long-term care that’s closer to home.
We work hard to create a sense of community for our patients and residents. Our top-notch dining facilities offer tasty meals planned by dietary professionals to meet individuals’ dietary needs.
Local facilities also sponsor activities to keep residents engaged in exercise, music, crafts, worship and more. Extensive visiting hours make it easy for family and loved ones to drop in and say hello.
Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation
Our rehabilitation program caters to those who have recently undergone surgery, suffered an injury, or need post-acute care after a medical emergency, such as a stroke or heart attack. Many of our communities offer both inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation and therapy.
Long-Term Residential Care
Around-the-clock nursing staff provides high-quality, compassionate care to residents who can no longer be cared for at home. Long-term care residents receive assistance with basic life functions such as getting out of bed, dressing, bathing, eating and managing medications.
Let’s Make a Difference Together
American Health Communities are committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care to every individual we serve.
We are seeking employees who will be focused on enhancing the well-being of patients and residents. If you are passionate about providing outstanding care and service that consistently exceeds expectations, we’d like to hear from you.
Within our network of 29 communities, we have a variety of career opportunities for nurses, nursing assistants, food service workers, housekeepers administrative support and more.
